These projects are two options for a House of Assembly and
cultural centre for a centralized Mi'kmaq government which
would act in a unified way to protect and promote the interests
of all Mi'kmaq who currently live in dispersed communities throughout
Atlantic Canada. The buildings would house a main council chamber,
administrative offices, and cultural museum and archive. Both schemes
are organized around a circular ceremonial space.
