This small building was designed to be made using local
materials from the forest. It uses details and construction strategies
derived from local indigenous lodge building techniques. It was built
as collaboration between students from Nova Scotia College of Art and
Design and the technical university of Nova Scotia under the direction
of Richard Kroeker, Neil Forrest, and Francis LaPointe.
